So far, that's 8 votes out of 20 members of this group. I'm pretty confident how it's gonna turn out, but I'd like everyone to vote on this when you get a chance.
I just voted so make that 9. Could there be a compromise where a relatively new person can ask an admin (and only an admin) to create a group for them? Then if the admin decides it is worthwhile they can create it and put the requestor in charge of it?
If you let everyone make groups, people will want to make groups for every team they are on, for groups of friends who hangout together, and other stuff like that. Do we want that? If we do we will get a bunch of spam groups. I say groups should be limited to things like clans, Season Tourney teams, and Special groups (Pod TV, Pod Marines, Godtacular, Guest Hosts, Mods, etc.) Now if someone wanted to make a Special group or a Season Tourney team, they would have to ask someone in the Group testers to make it for them.

It would be kinda cool if you have to earn points, say 100 posts before you can make a group! Just a thought.
