I agree w/ surly hobo....I hate buying MS points. I guess I'll buy one 1600 pt card, and get the new maps, and subscribe to Bungie Pro. Problem Solved....

those maps are looking mighty tasty. I won't complain, i'll buy 'em

I agree w/ Luke pretty much.... I like Epitaph, and in my opinion it is a diamond in the rough. Whereas Snowbound is a thought in the right direction, but overall doesn't fit too well with Halo. (too much camping aka Construct) But all in all, the new maps are gonna be great. I'm a really good Halo player, and I hate Construct the most. I really hope Bungie delivers some great small maps for Hardcore players in the future. But the Forge is still awesome and ever changing, and everyone loves a close CTF game. So the new maps are okay with me....

I will gladly pay ten buck for three maps. (it'll probably be more expensive then ten bucks over here in Aus.)
It's gonna be fun with new maps to choose from.

i am going to get them but i my 360 is going to be getting repaired when they come out, but i will still get it after i get my 360 back

I'll definitely buy them....I'm sick of crappy maps like construct and epitaph comin' out all the time....I hope they have more new maps for Halo 3 sometime at the beginning of next year....they need something that has the same effect on people that lockout had on halo 2 fans.... i loved lockout personally....Sometimes I would just start up a custom game just to jump around on Lockout and think of strategies....none of the halo 3 maps entice me enough to actually do that

I really just want Foundry. The other maps are a bonus.

i honestly hated lockout let me explain myself here. now i do not know if lockout is always played like this but ever beeping time the entire match is revolved around the sniper tower and that stupid ramp that everyone finds so fun to go up only to have a sword, BR, or Shotgun round go into them and kill them. the only good matchs iv had on lockout were custom games, lockout customs were fun but MM on lockout was horrible.

i even did an experiment. i decided to grab a BR go to the BR tower and just sit in the bottom room watching my teamates run up that stupid ramp on the sniper tower and to their deaths. i once or twice screamed at them telling them to stop being a bunch of needler heads seeing that that was a appropriate insult back in halo2, but they always did the same beeping thing every match. that entire match i not once got shot, not once got killed, and not once saw an enemy they all just stood at the top of that beeping tower and killed the idiots who were my team mates who charged up that beeping ramp.

so IMO lockout was a good map but it was also very broken. it was good for FFA but for team matches uhhh..... worst map to date.

i got a 4000 card a while back... its lasted me a long time

yes i have the new maps i heard a rumor there r 2 more new ones comin out in spring

I would like to have the new map pack, but after dropping 400 dollars on a new 360 and 75 for Halo 3, there just any insensitive left; not to mention cash.

foundry with forge is worth the £ on its own
