Here it is again! WEEKLY PORRIDGE #4! I've decided on a new schedule. The strip will be release twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays (I'm a little late this week.). Anyway, here it is!
WEEKLY PORRIDGE #4: Glitch in the System
Also, let's all give a HUGE hand to CapnKrunk. Not only did he fix the recent problems, he makes the whole site run daily and asks for zip in return. He deserves the highest honour. THANKS KRUNK!
That's right! It's back! People were getting anxious, and I realized that a whole week is too long to wait for a comic strip. So I'm working on making a different schedule for releasing Weekly Porridge. I don't want to do it daily because I would run out of jokes, so if anyone has any ideas for an effective schedule, please let me know.
Also, I'm putting this on my BLOG and not on the forums because the forums are insane with activity. I want everyone to be able to see Weekly Porridge and the best way I can do that (Without hacking into the site and posting it on the front page :P) is to keep it on my blog.
Anyway, I won't keep you waiting any longer, here it is:
Enjoy!
Since Weekly Porridge was so well-received, I couldn't let you guys go a whole week without a REAL Weekly Porridge. So I did Weekly Porridge #2, here she is.
WEEKLY PORRIDGE #2: The Real #1
And I've already got plans for the future. We'll have cameos from plenty of people, and they'll have their own personalities and appearences (I've got great things in mind for LoneBananaFone and JVB).
Don't expect this week's strip to be too hilarious though, this one is mostly designed to introduce the main characters. Next week, we'll kick it into full gear.
And now, without further ado, WEEKLY PORRIDGE #1 : Character Introductions!
In the future I'll be working on changing the formatting so that the strip is small enough to fit on THIS page, that way you won't have to click a link.
So I just discovered this new service called Pandora. http://www.pandora.com/
It's totally free, and it will let you find music you'll like based on Music you already know you like.
First, it asks you to name one song or artist that you like, and it will then search it's vast database for similar songs/artists, and create a custom Station that only plays music with similar acoustics, beats, and stuff like that.
It actually works surprisingly well, I've been trying it out for about half and hour now, and I've had no problems. It's really useful for finding new artists you'll like, and it's Free!
If at any time you DON'T like a song it's suggested, you can just tell it that you don't like it, and it will never play the song again.
You don't have to download a thing, it's all done in the browser.
I HIGHLY recommend it, if you like music, you'll wonder how you ever lived without this thing!
