Halo 5: Guardians LCE Disc Exchange Program

If you’re one of the customers who bought the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, it comes with a digital download of the game you can pre-install October 20th and get the day one update ready when the game releases at midnight October 27th.  If for some reason you prefer to have the disc version of the game, Microsoft has made a way for you to exchange your download code for a physical disc at no extra cost.  This offer is only available between October 20th though November 1st for codes that have not been redeemed.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Go to the Xbox.com Contact Us page and select “Chat with Microsoft Support”.
2. Once you’re connected, tell them you want to exchange your un-redeemed digital code for Halo 5: Guardians for a physical disc.
3. Provide them the following information: your Xbox gamertag, email address, mailing address for shipment, and the 25-character code.

In 3-5 business days you’ll receive your physical disc copy of the game along with a code for you to redeem the additional LCE content.
