We’re bringing in the big guns for our latest MLG show. We have MLG Halo commentator Bravo on the show to help us discuss the multiplayer aspects revealed for Halo 4 thus far and how they may be implemented or utilized in the MLG Pro Circuit. Features like permanent sprint and random weapon drops have the potential to change the way MLG plays, so we take time to speculate how these would affect gameplay. Podtacular 282: Halo 4 Release Date

We’ve all been waiting for it, and now we have an answer. Yesderday, 343i announced the release date for Halo 4: November 6th. So start making plans to stay up all night to camp out at your favorite local retailer and play throughout the night. That is not the only thing we’ve gotten recently. 343i has opened the floodgates to every little bit of detail they can squeeze out to us, including multiplayer information. Rukizzel from the Waypoint Moderator staff is on in place of GLewis this week as he takes care of family business. Enjoy

It is our first official Modtacular as we join forces from the good folks over at the Waypoint Community Modcast. It was inevitable for both of our shows to come together and it has finally happened. This certainly won’t be the last time either. We are joined by CruelLEGACEY and his crew of Waypoint Moderators to discuss officially the details released in the latest issue of Game Informer. 343i also released a first look into the composer for Halo 4. Podtacular 280: Game Informer Leak Reveal

This week during PAX East, some Halo 4 information in the latest issue of Game Informer got leaked to the public. While it’s still not technically official (when this was recorded), there is reason to believe that most of the information in the leak is accurate, and that’s what we’re here to talk about. The Sound of Music

The hills are filled with the sound of music as 343i finally reveals their composer behind the Halo 4 music. If you watch the Making Halo 4: Composing Worlds video that 343i posted along with the bulletin, you will see that he has a unique approach to making his music that differs from what we’ve come to love from Marty. However, if you listen to the Halo 4 Soundtrack Samples (also available for download), you’ll hear that it still has that mysterious Halo sound.
