I had the chance to talk about my experience at the Gamerscore Blog Tour Party, that happened on May 26th, 2007. In this special episode of DC Combat Radio, I had the chance to sit with DC Crash, Feelz_Good and PETEROCC. I had a lot of fun talking about it, so make sure you guys give the episode a listen.

In preparation for a few major weekend gaming events JVB and I will be attending this weekend, we’ll be taking a break this week on the podcast. Next week’s show should have some pretty interesting stuff in it though! Thanks for your patience as we take some deep breaths and decompress.
This show is kind of a mixed bag of community impressions of the beta, gameplay tips, and tales from the foxhole. This week’s guest is Talli from the Cayote Cavegirls and Gamerchix. Special thanks to Logan Payne who contributed this week’s very cool pod art. Show’s about 1:15… check it out!

Yep. That’s all folks! It’s been great fun watching you guys enjoy the strip, so while it’s a little painful to bring it to an end, it’s a little satisfying too, to know that for most intents and purposes, Weekly Porridge was a success.
I hope you enjoy this last strip and please, don’t fear, I do believe it’s very likely that Jeverage and Painkilla will still pop up to say hello from time to time.
Today, May 16th, marks the beginning of the Public Halo 3 Multiplayer beta. In keeping with their penchant for theatrics, Bungie has announced the official release date for Halo 3.
The magic date is: September 25th, 2007!
This comes as a shocker to many Halo fans among us, who naturally assumed that Halo 3 would release in November or December, like it’s predecessors. A late September release means we’ll all be playing Halo 3 a whole lot sooner than expected! So get crackin’ on that Beta and let’s all ready up for September 25th!
