Halo: Reach Available on Xbox One Backwards Compatibility

halo-reach-keyartHalo: Reach joins the growing list of Xbox One Backwards Compatible and is available for download today!  If you have purchased the digital version from the Xbox Live Marketplace, you can head to “My games and apps” on your Xbox One and you’ll find the game under “Ready to install”.  For disc-based owners, just pop in your Halo: Reach disc and you’ll be prompted to download the game.  You will still have to insert your disc into your Xbox One whenever you want to play.  For a full list of games now available for Xbox One Backwards Compatibility this month, head on over to Xbox Wire.

Cartographer’s Gift is just around the corner bringing our first two DLC maps, Social, Forge, Requisitions and File Share to Halo 5: Guardians.  After a break from Thanksgiving and short show after last week’s Game Awards, we’re back to our normal format covering news, the next campaign mission, multiplayer map and discussion topics.  This week we talked about available content at Halo 5’s Launch and 343’s focus on the REQ system to the Halo eco-system.  Our guest this week is Lurker Zero who’s best known for his banter on different discussion topics on Halo over on his YouTube channel.

Cartographer’s Gift REQs Revealed

The full list of the Cartographer’s Gift requisitions has been revealed.  We were given a preview last week during the Game Awards that showed off the SPNKr Rocket Launcher and Mark IV armor set.  Today 343 revealed all 51 requisitions coming next week when the update drops.  Among the reqs is a brand new Warzone Loadout weapon, the “Classic BR”, Gold Standard weapon skins and some fan favorite emblems.
