This Must be One Of The Best Hiding places in the whole of construct. When
your playing Oddball Pick up A bubble Shield And get the Ball. On the map
there Is A orange Lift That takes you to the top floor. instead of doing
this go down to the middle floor and you will see two beams near the
bottom of the map jump onto the very far end of the right beam in the left
corner. you will survive. the when you get attacked use the bubble shield
and yay you win!
Keep On Fraggin Trucks And Please can I Have My Personalised Set Of Anus
armor. ( Damb my mum didnt Buy Me Any for Christmas !) :-)
Hey guys it is The Bounties.
Construct is probably my second favorite map. First thing to say, unless
you know how to use it extremely well DON’T PICK UP THE FLAMETHROWER. If
you start by going down the center ramp to the flamethrower throw a
grenade into the missile pod section because there is a big chance that
the other team is coming through there. If you kill them then head up one
of the grav lifts with a BR and Plasma pistol. (Noob combo but it works).
When you get up head for the sword if you see a red dot in the doorway to
the sword i suggest you move back becuase another team probably has it. If
that is so then hit him with that Plasma bolt and head shot him in the head
and if he does happen to kill you then your team mate (who should be with
you) can finish him off and get his sword. After you get his sword head
for the bubble shield and sword and you should be set for about half a
second becuase you can snipe the enemy and if they get close you can drop
the bubble shield and turn on your light saber. (I hope you survive after
all this) After the bubble shield drops, crouch walk next to a door and
figure out if you want to jump into the grav lift room. If you do then
you should kill everyone there and you wala! you have a snipeing angle to
the yellow grav lift and into the other purple grav lift room. After that
it is up to you what you do next. I usually throw grenades around every
corner just in case. You probably won’t get all that done correctly but
maybe you can salvage some of those wise words and harvest them into your
mind so the flood can bring them to the gravemind so he can enter
Construct and make in prohibited for all except sentinels.
Give a shout out to Foo Moo in England and to DialPex who did a good job
with the last show. gratz.
It is common knowledge that Construct is a tower like map with 2 main
levels with 3 grav lifts connecting them. Team slayer games on this map
will almost always end up being just a contest to see who can gain control
the top floor. Which ever team has control of the top floor will just have
players camping at each of the grav lifts and it is not easy to get up
there without dying. The way to do it is to wait until you have at least 1
more teammate with you and go up the ramp on the side with the missile pod.
There is a ramp, then a bridge like thing that takes you next to the big
yellow grav lift, then another ramp that will take you to the higher
level. Once going up the second ramp, have one person watch your back
because it is easy for the camper at the big yellow grav lift to sneak up
behind you. This is the best strategy to get up to the second story alive.
Hey there podtacular! Viggie is sending in some tips and tricks for the map
Construct. I find that when you have the sword, it is much better used if
you sheath it and pull it out when you need it. This way, opponents won’t
backpedal while fining at you, so you can’t close enough to use it. On the
middle level, there are two posts that are a quick route up to the sword
spawn. Also the flamethrower is better used in tight spaces, so that even
if you die, you’ll take them with you. Keep on fraggin mouthy n00bs.
The only real tip I have for this map is stay away from the grav lifts when
possible. I don’t know how many people have taken out (and been taken out)
by them going up the grave lift and just waiting there with the sword. I
use to always head up the grav lifts but now I try the ramps on the side
nd use a combination of the BR/AR to sneak up on someone camping at the
lift, as so I can start camping with the sword :). besides that I try to
keep a BR with me as so I can shoot across to the other hallway.
One of the best weapons to use on construct is a Carbine. While the BRs
far outnumber the Carbines it’s a good idea to always have one handy.
Countless times I have saved my teammates by using it. If your teammate
is in a beatdown fight the Carbine is your best bet to put some shots into
the enemy and give your teammate the upper hand
The Bubble Shield is VERY useful on Construct. It saves you from the very
constant grenade spamming that happens and gives you an opportunity to
utilize weapons like the Spartan Laser and the Sword (although it is
annoying). The bubble shield can seldom be used as an offensive weapon
also. If you are being chased after by a Laser or rockets then throw it
at them before they fire. Also, throwing it at a full team will reflect
grenades quite often
whats up podtacular this is one of my favorite levels to play when u start
the game make sure to pick up the flamethrower or the missile pod and tell
your team to stay back a sec then when the outher team runs through to get
to the main lift blast them and get a early lead.then go to the top floor
and get the energy sword and wait by the lifts till the enemy comes up. if
u do these things you can get a easy win. keep fragen hunters with tom
selleck mustaches and anus armor
Hey what`s up dudes! This is Tapio again (gamertag II Tapio II )
I got few tips for Construct to share:
1.Before you are going up on the small purple lift, make sure to grab
Plasma Pistol and start charging it on your way up.
If someone is up there, and you charge and instantly hit them, you will win
the beatdown everytime because of how melee system is works.
Plasma pistol is also useful when you are with friends who have battle
rifles, just charge, blast and let your friends clean the kill.
2.Make use of power drainer!
Grab the power drainer and that way you can block enemy path for while.
If you see enemy team run to you and you are at Top of purple lift just
exit the room and make sure to leave the power drainer there to hold
enemy.
3.Look at the radar!
if you are at top of purple lift, make sure to keep your eye on radar,it`s
easy to spot enemies who are trying to come up from the lift.
4.Make sure to throw some grenades to the lifts before going up
Keep on fraggin on dinosaurs who are arbiter wannabe`s
Ps.Shout out to whole podtacular community,
for the haters out there:Dont take our kindness for weakness!
Hey its BlazingMedic again!!! I just noticed this in an earlier game but it
might be useful for some new people or people who don’t pay attention to
spawning. Ok. When the game starts each team spawns either by the
flamethrower or the missle pod. So grab some stickies and stick away!!!
Also to get to the support beams out of the map in forge spawn a banshee
or a hornet. Get in the hornet or banshee and fly out of the map and
approach the beam. Switch to forge mode and make a teleporter to get out
of the map. Well… these might already be discovered but i just found
them out soo im pretty proud of it lol.
Keep on fragging snakes on Anthony Bourdain and people who frag trucks.
Here’s a tip for everybody: play well and you’ll level up! No, but
seriously, here’s a real tip: always avoid soloing in vehicles. Vehicles
that have a gunner in addition to a driver who can’t splatter well are far
more effective than just the driver alone. Keep on fraggin’ telemarketers
who try to sell you overpriced knock-off versions of low quality anus
armor.
Hey Podtacular! now assuming Construct is the extreme super camping fest
that i think it is I have a few tips. This is probably the easiest map to
snipe from below the target. There are so many places you can hit from.
have fun doing that. and another thing before going up the mini lifts try
to push the esploding thing then a grenade up before you go flying. the
thing will explode and weaken your enemy. making for an easy kill. as for
the big lift anytime you see that gold fuzzy glow toss a grenade into it
so many people toss power drainers and you might just get an easy kill. I
know I got a double kill from a randow grenade toss into it. thats really
fun. on team games take the flamethrower and throw it off the edge of the
map. there is no point in anyone having it unless there whole team quit.
in which case they will probably lose anyways. what ever you do don’t
camp. there are so many ways into where ever you are that you are almost a
bigger target in the camp then in the open. this is a great map for
grenades around corners so don’t camp. you make the game unfun for noobs.
I don’t camp and I still pwn all the noobs. anyways this is one of my
favorite maps. anyways you guys rock and I miss Foo mo Jive. go and frag
the truck already.
hey guys kn1ght l1ght82 here and here are my tips for construct. well first
in this level BR is key you kneed a BR no matter what.just some generaal
tips it is good to try to stay back and BR or snipe on this leval. the
lifts on this level make the cobat very interesting the are so many
matches where i find my self shooting or gernading the lift. the other
tings to worry about on this level is how to jump out of the level its
quit easy just jump off the back so that you land in the corner where
there is no ground….....oh and the power drainer is very helpful on this
leval if used correctly. s p yeas thoes are my tips
keep on kicking budunkadunk
i have recencly found a piece of ne-ne it was quite fuzzy
a shout out to chukyj for being awesome and yeah thats it.
I’m sure many of you have seen this already on the advanced sniper perches
training videos on the xbox live marketplace. If you haven’t, listen up.
This is a really difficult, but good sniping perch.
When you’re coming up the ramp from the sword spawn, into the room where
if you look forward you can see the sniper spawn, there are two walls of
glass/ bulletproof wall. Get a frag grenade, and a power drain. This is
VERY DIFFICULT to do, and should take you a very long time to perfect,
unless you have ninja-like timing and are used to grenade jumping to get
to places. Get a running start towards the corner of where one of the
bulletproof walls and the normal wall meet, and throw and grenade into the
corner. The second before it blows up, jump directly above it and throw the
power drain. Now, you should be high in the air while throwing the power
drain. JUMP OFF OF THE POWER DRAIN. lol you might think I’m crazy but it
works. Once you’re up there just look around. You’ll find the sniper spot
I’m talking abot. This is very hard to explain without being able to take
a video for you guys… if you really want to try it then look it up on
Youtube. It might be there.
Try some different timing techniques, like jumping before the grenade goes
off. Whatever works for you.
THIS IS ONE OF THE HARDEST GRENADE JUMPS IN THIS GAME. Have patience while
doing this one. If you can’t understand my explanation, I’m sure there’s
other people around the Podtac. forums that can explain it better.

Keep fragging that damn corner on Construct and keep grenade jumping off
of hairy dumplings that wear anus armor on their ears.
On Construct, players are used to seeing red dots on their radar that are
out of reach because of the many tiers. If you are on the top floor, near
the sniper or sword, and see red dots, it will often confuse players if you
jump down and either kill them at bottom, or follow them up a purple lift.
Also, don’t forget that the two skinny slanted bars leading up to sword
are meant to be run up, and often you can nab easy kills by grabbing the
plasmas near bottom and running up these, and ambushing players at the
sword flat. These spires are also useful if the opposing team has control
of top, and going up the lifts means certain death.
Finally, always keep the weapon spawns in mind. 95% of the time one of
the two maulers that spawn bottom will be present, allowing you to grab
one and head up a purple lift and give someone a face full. Also,
remember that two frags spawn near the bottom of the ramp that wraps
around the back of the yellow lift. These can be helpful when being
chased, or if you need a nade to lob up to the fuel rods and ambush and
campers at the top of yellow.
On construct, its important to be wary of whats around you. Since the map
is pretty much two big circles on top of each other, its easy to see
people who are far below or above you. This makes it especially difficult
to snipe on this map, because it is so hard to get in a place where
someone can’t get behind you. For sniping, there are several areas on the
bottom level where you can get good vantage points on the upper areas,
which is where most of the action takes place.
As we all know, Construct is a map where grenades are incredibly useful.
The top halls are perfectly shaped for bouncing grenades into places that
would normally be perfectly protected from any harm. This makes the top
halls a neccesary area to hold on to. Being in these alleys can be both
extremely advantageous, and, at the same time, extremely dangerous. If you
find your self in a situation where the enemy team is dominating the top
purple lift area, you an get your team to go up the gold lift and split
up, to sandwich the opposing team in the middle. Or if you are especially
desperate, get all four of your guys to go up the purple lift, straight
into the other team’s room. Its sort of a suicidal approach, but the
element of surprise can give you the advantage and hopefully the ability
take back control of the top level.
These tips might sound obvious, buts its all I could think of so, yeah.
Thanks Podtac!
Hi Podtacular. I Have some tips for the Map of the Month Construct. First, if
you are playing a zombie game, you can actually jump out of the map and
live! At the Back of the Main grav lift on the middle floor (near the
brute shot) Go up the small ramp on the left side put on the press to
crouch setting, hop on the wall, and look down. you should see a long
pillar rod thingy-ma-jig. crouch and jump while pressing forward. Aim to
land on the far corner of it near the vertical pillar thing. If you get it
right the zombies will only be able to attack you if the land pefectly on
to of you, if they do, give ‘em a good GOLDEN MELEE. If they lunge, they
die, if the miss, they die. It takes practice, but its really useful and
funny. Another tip is for lone wolves. If you get the missle pod or the
sniper, go to where the sword spawns and camp there. There is only 1 small
entrance in front of you and it is far away. You can either Snipe them or
blow them up, but remember to watch your ammo! My last tip is for team
games. If your team spawns in the bottom room have you team stay there and
watch each entrance. this makes it a fortress. If you spawn on the top
floor Do the same thing for each grav-lift (remember to watch the little
supports for the sniper platform, people can run up those) If you follow
these tips you will almost win every game. = )
Hey Podtacular! Just Letting You Know Where All The on The Map Are!
Weapons
Grenades
Items on Map
Fusion Core Wall x3 – One each located in the corner of the mauler spawns
on the bottom level; One beside the top of the yellow grav lift.
Well Thats It! Keep On Fraggin NayNays Momma
I don’t have a lot of tips for construct except that when playing team
slayer you should always stick together and that at least one person with
a battle rifle can be a good addition to the team. As for the sniper
rifle, I don’t use it much and I haven’t seen anybody else use it at all.
On the other hand, the sword is probably the weapon most people will head
for first, considering it dominates the map.
There is a spartan laser on the very bottom floor, I think on the opposite
side of where the missile pod launcher is. This is also not used much for
as long as I’ve been playing. That’s all I’ve got. Keep fraggin’ trucks in
the shape of frags.
Hey Guys,
It’s Lilkuke. Here’s some tips for Construct:
1. The place the most people get killed is at the top of the big gravity
lift. So, stay there with a power weapon of some sort and pwn da n00bs
that try to come up.
2. DO NOT grab the Flamethrower. I know, I know, it’s tempting, but, it
will do you no good because there are so many corners and corridors and
you will just end up killing yourself.
3. Grab the sword. The sword is a huge power weapon and if you find it,
you will pwn, pwn, pwn like the dinosaur bone!
4. Well, Construct is a pretty crappy map, so, I don’t really have a
fourth tip. Oh well…
Shoutouts to everyone who has contributed to the Podtacular Rap (started
by foo mo jive). And, a shoutout to Godtacular! Yay!

Ok, so Construct. What can I say? Probably the most vetoed map in the
history of Halo 3. And do you know why? because it’s many floors make it
hard to keep track of enemies, and render the Motion Tracker virtually
useless.
First off, I’m going to say that the sniper is not very powerful on this
map, unless you are a good no-scoper. But otherwise, keep away from it.
Same with the Splazer, and the flamer. I know heaps of people are going to
contradict me and say “Get to the flamethrower!!!!” But trust me, don’t.
It’s powerful, but it means if you are cornered, you are too slow to even
think about escaping.
Also, the Gravity lifts. The orange gravity lift is the most used in this
map, so what I sometimes do is get a Power Drainer and a load of grenades,
and camp right in front of the orange grav lift, behind the wall on the 3rd
floor. When I hear someone go up the orange grav lift (thank god it makes a
sound!), I throw my power drainer, and a couple of grenades. Sometimes I
get a kill, sometimes i don’t. Also, with a close range weapon, you can
follow them up, and ‘sword ‘em!
For the purple grav lifts, on the bottom floor right next to each grav
lift there is a power core. Move into it a little bit so it goes up the
grav lift. Then, toss a grenade. If someone is up there, they will be in a
pit of explosive hell!! Note: sometimes it takes a couple of grenades.
The Motion Tracker, as I said earlier, is a nusiance. You see a red dot
behind you, you whip around, and see that he is actually on the top floor.
And so on. But, it can be useful. If you see red dots in front of you, and
you are looking at a grav lift, toss a grenade or two up there, and then
go up to finish them off.
Camping is annoying. But if you are being ‘camped’ over and over again,
and the camper is winning by 20 or so points, wouldn’t you agree you may
have to adopt the same strategy to win?
Get a close range weapon i.e. sword, and stay up the top where the orange
grav lift ends. Soon unsuspecting players will come up the grav lift, for
your sweet kill. If you know there is a camper up there, go up one of the
purple grav lifts, grab a BR if you don’t already have one, and sneak
around behind him for a sweet assassination. If he is facing you when you
come around a corner, uncrouch (if you were crouching) and run backwards,
shooting him in the head with your BR. On most occasions you will kill
him, so take his sword, and camp up there like he was. However, if you are
walking around up there, people won’t hate you as much, because for some
weird reason, ‘patrolling’, is not as bad as ‘camping’.
Small tip, NEVER attempt to go up a grav lift if you are on the top floor.
I have done this many times, it is stupid, and that few crucial seconds you
lose could have someone sneaking up for an assassination.
Finally, a general tip for all maps – Stick to your AR. I know a lot of
people say to swap your AR for your BR, but trust me, this is not the way
to go. I’ve seen on youtube people getting awesome sprees, and winning the
match and what I’ve noticed is that they hold on to their AR. All of them.
So, when picking up a weapon, remember to keep your AR with you, as an all
purpose weapon.
Anyway, shout outs to Dialpex, for doing an AWESOME job on the show last
week, good luck for this week.
I’m guessing the only reason Foo Mo Jive is in england is so he can eat
all of those Rich Tea Biscuits I heard about a couple of weeks ago.
Keep on fraggin’ Ratzilla and Anus Armor, and singing
Blahdebloodeblahblah.
“Anus armor, the new 3-inch-thick g-string made entirely out of steel!!”
Hey Podtacular. It’s azn_dude1. Construct is far from my favorite map, but
I have some tips. First, if you get a good weapon, it’s good to camp at
the top of the lift, but be careful of grenades and other items thrown up
it. Preferably, a close range weapon is good. Also, this is a pretty good
map to get good at no scoping because there are narrow halls. The
flamethrower isn’t really a good weapon, unless you’re going up by
yourself into the lift and you know there’s people up there. Then, just
spray and pray. There’s also a missile pod on this map, and you should
employ the same tactic as the flamethrower. Make use of the power drainer
in the same way.
I also have a general tip. If you’re playing capture the flag, assault, or
even VIP, remember that one person can make a whole lot of a difference.
Use crouch and try to stay away from the enemy. Bring a power weapon, a
power drainer, or even just some grenades for any opposition for a quick
wipeout. Then grab/kill whatever you came for and sneak out. Try to call
for vehicles for quick transportation too. Keep on fragging puke.
Hey guys this is plasma qrenades with a tip for Construct. It seems that
most player avoid some of the most powerful weapons for this map. I am
referring to the Spartan Laser and the Maulers. Most players just grab
the sword and some BRs and have their team mate get the sniper, yet the
mauler can defeat the sword very easily and the laser is great for getting
people that are around the corners camping the purple lifts. Another tip
is instead of trying to out BR someone who is by the fusion cores at the
gold lift, shoot over their shoulder and make the cores explode, this will
either kill them or bring their shields down if timed properly. Another
general tip for any map is to remember to call out the enemy. Remember,
two BRs are better than one.
Keep on fraggin’ sword nubs with the maulers
-plasma
so, obviously when the other team is camping the lifts upstairs with a
sword or anything else, never go up the lifts, unless you have to, and
when you do you’ll notice theres a fusion coil type thing next to them,
push them into a lift and throw a frag right after it, you might just be
lucky enough to kill some dumb campers. also, go up the ramps and if you
look carefully, you can climb up the legs leading to the sword area, it’s
kind of just a narrow ramp that you can walk up and surprise campers.
lastly, there still are maulers on this map, they’re in the
basement/bottom level part and theres one each in the area with the fusion
coils hanging off the walls. love the show!
keep on fraggin st00gs.
Hello Podtacular! This is Pengwin Smacker, and I have a tip for Construct.
When you go down to the room with the flamethrower in the center, go to
one of the two purple grav lifts. If you see red dots on your radar while
standing right next to the lift, push the purple explosive thing next to
the lift into it (try not to melee it, or it will explode and you will
die), and throw a grenade or two. Hopefully, if everything lands right,
the purple thing will explode, killing the enimies above. I have scored
some good kills doing this, so this really does work. Keep on fraggin’
trucks and go Podtac Red Clans!!
-Pengwin Smacker
Hey guys this is marder. I don’t know if this helps because im not the
grand champ of construct, but i’ve got a tip. If i’m playing team slayer
or doubles, me and my teammates go and camp at the top of one of the grav
lifts. Grab the BR’s and the sword if you can, because it makes quick work
of the unfortunate souls who go up the lift. The flamethrower also helps if
you can get it. Keep on fraggin trucks and the xbox you just bought with
the stupid ring of death!
Hey guys its Lancelot here with another tip. One big one is to watch where
you’re going with the hornet. If you stray too far out you spontaneously
die. Also another thing you can do is when you’re bored shoot the little
things that fly past the top deck. And just as another little tidbit, TSL
is using this map as their new stage!
Keep on fragging cats,
-Lance
Hey JGray73 here with tips for construct. One thing to do is to get the
flame thrower and wait for someone to go up through the purple portal
thing that shoots you up to the second floor. When some comes up
incinerate them. But then get away or you will burn with them.Another thing
to do is to get the power drainer and throw it up any portal where your map
shows were enimies are after a few seconds throw a grenade.Dont throw the
grenade right away or it will just destroy the power drainer before it can
effect anyone. Anyway great job on the podcast. Keep on fraggin migets
driving trucks who are sneaking nay nay outside of the boarder.
Hello Podtacular, Mack315 here with my tips for Construct.
I’ll have to admit, this isn’t my favorite map, but it is still pretty
fun. For team doubles or team slayer, me and my teammates don’t usually go
straight for the sword. Unless you spawn right next to it, chances are the
other team is going to get it first and then turn around and WHAM you’re
dead! So instead go for the sniper and load up on BR’s and head to the top
of the golden elevator and have at least two people camp there with long
range weapons and just gun down the enemy from a distance as they walk
down the two long hallway on either side of you. HAHAHA! now the foolish
mortals who stole your precious sword will die in no time as the
hopelessly charge you with it! Then, after you’ve killed the sword guy, go
get it and use it incase some idiot tries to fly up the golden elevator
without useing my following tip, and here it is! If you find that opposing
team heard this tip and beat you to the top of the elevator, dont just run
at them, but sit at the bottom of the golden elevator (not to close or
they’ll shoot from above) and throw a power drain (or two) into the
elevator, then chuck grenades up at more than one angle (so that they land
in different places) then, AND ONLY THEN can you even think about jumping
up the lift. This might not have killed the enemies up top, but if they
are alive, they will either be nearly dead, of hiding in the back corners
of the room, so be ready with your AR and hope that they don’t get you
first. Now, if you are playing a game with more that two people per team,
you could also have someone flank the top of the gold lift so that when
the opposing team tries to hide in the corner that will be right in your
BR crosshairs.
Well I hope these tips help, keep on BR-ing foolish mortals who steal your
precious sword and don’t listen to podtacular!
Hello podtacular.Great to hear you’re back Foo Mo! I got some tips for the
map Construct. First off, the two parallel supports that run from the
second to third level are an extremely quick way to get to the sword
spawn. Second, keeping the sword “sheathed” until you get into melee range
so your opponent doesn’t backpedal away from you.
Keep heads up when coming out of the main grav lift. Energy drainers, live
grenades, and sword campers I have noticed completely swamp this part of
the map most of the game. Hope you had fun with the Brits Foo Mo, and keep
on fraggin buses.
hey guys im new but i like what you do anyway my tip is for all you guys
who enjoy teams. when playing a team match mics are great! and if your
team is cooperative its even better. for a good team usually your freinds
make one if you have no freinds try to be nice to everyone and wish others
a good game. if a teammate wants the sniper let him have it even if he
sucks your being a good player
P.S i am working on a remake of a place in world of warcraft i will post
it soon
keep on fraggin anis armor that has a built in smoothy machine
heyy guys oOo FuRyZ oOo here! :-). bye the way love the show keep up the
great work! ok heres my tip. when playing on construct to get to the
second level you have to go up a man cannon. but there is one way that you
dont have to. if you are where the sword spawns if you move to the left you
will notice that there is a long been that you can go up and down on! this
was you won’t get killed by campers!
Hey, Mack315 here, this is my second tip for this topic, and here it is. If
you find yourself in a situation where you feel the overwhelming urge to
charge the sword spawn, ask yourself this: “why”. I mean seriously, why
would you want the sword on this map? The only reason you would need it is
if you were camping, and I’m not saying its a bad idea (see my other tip)
but a much more usefull weapon is a simple BR. It, along wit the sniper
rifle, dominates this map. With the long hallways, open areas, and multi
levels, close-range weapons aren’t nearly as practical, so always have a
BR on hand, and keep the sniper under control at all times. If an enemy
runs at you down one of those long narrow hallways, chuck a frag, get a
headshot or two, and BLAMZ he’s dead. Or, just gun down your enemies from
the top levels. Go in firing squads of at least two and alternate your
fire so you keep up a contant stream of bullets. This will prevent your
adversary from fighting back, and will kill him in no time. Or, when
facing touher targets, one of you throw a couple of frags around the
corner, and both of you jump out and own him in the general face area with
you BRs (works great against swords)
Thats my tip, keep on Smiting Noobs Who Can’t use a Battle Riffle with
your Sword of Mostly Falsehoods (as opposed to sword of truth)
One thing to do on Construct is to grab the flamethrower and clear out one
of the purple lifts while your teamates clear out the other. Once you do
that, drop the flame thrower and have two members of your team at a time
grab the power weapons (you should also have a teamate go to the lift you
cleared with your flamethrower once they’re done). Make sure at least one
member at each lift hold a BR because of the height and distance
advantage. This strategy hasn’t failed me yet, though I’ve used it only a
few times.
Hey podtacular crew this is the kingmaker Skyline117
Because construct is such a small map with multiple floors CQC (close
quarters combat) is essential to any winners strategy. the BR wont do ya
much good so find a suitable replacement quick. this is one map where the
spiker is pretty good, but the real prize is the energy sword!! Unless you
spawn really close to it, its suicide togo for it from the get-go. If you
do get it let the Kill-camping ensue.
The missle pod, sniper rifle, and splaser are near worthless to nOObs, but
are worth there wiegh in gold to vets. So Noobs avoid these at all cost
and focus on CQC kills. Anybody with any skill should try to get these
right away.
The bottom level is a death trap due to the presence of the flamethrower
so avoid at all cost. In fact take it and jump of the map with it!
Ok thats it kep on fraggin them trucks
Hey it’s Delta Snow and I got some tips for Construct.
1: On the second floor the right gravity lift has a bunch of power cores
by it. If you see someone comming to it you can shoot the power cores,
blow them up and hopefully kill your enemy.
2: The basement holds a lot of weapons. It has the spartan laser, the
flamethrower, the missile pod, both plasma and frag gernades and dual
maulers. This would be a good place to stock up if you are low on
supplies.
Good job on the show, keep it up.

hello podacular dudes and/or dudets, good tips i am having. tip first i
have, try to grab sword or mauler you must very important they are. also
if playing on top floor most of time you are then grab br and close range
weapon you must. but if playing on bottom floor most of time you are then
ar and med. range weapon must you acquire. also grab not flamethrower you
must burn team mates so good u will. also throw grenade up lifts every
once in a while some kills you might acquire. all tips i am having, keep
traing young padawan and great jedi master become you will.
keep on fraggin sith lords that dress up as greenish blue elephants that
have 20 cm long noses with ears with exactly 40.987987 cm circumferences
with side kicks that drive pink cars in california that cant get sued even
if they are a fault b/c they slipped on a banana that they threw out of the
window b/c they are secretly howler monkeys who were exiled because they
never howled and failed their howler monkey test.
Watch your radar. this map has alot of levels on it. see them on your
radar, but not on your screen? call them out. “Hey guys there underneath
us!”
the yellow grav lift is very important on this map. If you spawn under
ther Grav lft, dont go up its would be walking into a sluaghter. If you
end up on the top level near the grav lift watch out for incoming enemys.
the lift is fast and really easy to predict. NEVER stand in front of the
lift. Instead stay to the sides where grenades can’t hit you. If you see
them on your radar throw a grenade in the middle of the top of the grav or
where they will land. that will bring their shields completely down.
Sorry for the long tip.
Nice show guys im starting to lke having the map of the months back…
Shoutout to foo mo jive for we didnt have him last episode :(
hey guys, Ulitma here, and i have a strat for you halo players when it
comes to the map Construct.
When it comes to power weapons there are 2 on this map, the sniper and the
sword. The sniper is located in the middle of the map on the top platform.
Sword is located in the back on the map by the shield drainer, which is
opposite the lift. now the key to success on this map is your positioning
on this map and the weapons you have.
The key to success is to keep glass room, which is located inbetween the
two pink lifts and connected to the sword spawn. To have success you need
2 people with a BR n a Mauler protecting a lift (both weapons respawn by
the lift). Now the other 2 are inside the glass room. One has sword with
either a BR or an AR while the other has the flamethrower. The two stay in
the corners and come out to assist one of the two by the lifts and make
sure the other team doesnt sneak up on the two BR men.
Quick shoutout to EPoD, the Podtacular CoD clan. Keep up the good work and
keep that undefeated streak going.
Thanks and keep up the good work,
Ulitma
hey guys its marder. Construct is pretty easy to dominate if you know what
to do and have the right weapons. starting off, you should go up thegrav
lifts and grap the sword and BR’s. The sword is good for getting the
unlucky guys who go up the lift after you, and the br’s work well against
the guys who go around the side. The flamethrower also helps a biglot if
you can get it. this game is best on team slayer because you can find
people easier because its pretty big for doubles.
Hey Pdtacular, Here’s my first submission, I’ve been listening to your show
for awhile, but decided to post. My gamertag is Wiggin Dude
anyway:
Tips from someone who’s been around the block a few times when it comes to
halo:
1) First and foremost, don’t expect yourself to be good in any short
amount of time. it could be a while before you pick up the game.
2) MEMORIZE THE MAPS. this basic knowledge allows you to plan, communicate
effectively, and make good decisions
3) If you can, play with someone who’s better than you, you will pick up
their strategies, and learn what can make or break a fight
4) Once you get the hang of things, start to increase your sensitivity.
you can do this slowly over a period of days, or quickly and just get used
to it. (I play at an 8/9)
5) If your not good with the sniper, and someone on your team IS, let them
have it. If nobody wants it, you can take it, but be ready to drop it for a
competent teammate.
6) Once you get the hang of the assault rifle, use the BR. its generally
more effective, and once used well its extremely powerful
7) Aim at the head. Headshots (when the shield is down) = kills
8) Grenades are your friend (unless they are incoming). A great use, is
planting one right in a corner for someone to walk on, or at their feet,
so when it explodes, they are totally exposed for you to kill them.
9) Be wary of the radar, and of your surroundings. It helps a lot to tell
you where people are, but be careful of crouching foes. Never totally
trust your radar, always check to make sure the people aren’t there.
10) Use your teammates (in a team game). If you are low on shields, and
have no way of killing the person, say something over the mic, and let
your teammate finish it.
11) Give important information over the mic. Saying, “Help me!!” will get
you nowhere, whereas “Help at top sniper” is much more informative, and
will bring your teammates much quicker. (always give the location)
12) Get comfortable with all of the weapons. Know how far a weapon is
effective to, how powerful it is in close/mid/long range, get a feel for
how many shots it takes to kill with it (or just how rapidly it kills) and
get a feel for how long it takes after firing, before a beat down will kill
a person. (This is done mainly by feeling it, and most of the time keeping
track of a specific number is impossible)
13) Once comfortable with the weapons, practice with the sniper. This is
arguably the best weapon in the game, and once mastered can be used for
close and mid range as well as long. To do this, just start a custom games
with only snipers, and practice either no scopes, or normal sniping. A fast
paced game usually is better instead of a swat style, creeping around
game.
14) Practice, Practice, Practice. I cannot tell you how much experience
will make you better. There is no perfect guide to make you better, only
experience can truly teach you. Playing with or against better people
helps a lot. Try and get a pitying player to fight you, and once you learn
how they kill you, and get used to fighting them, play with them. I’ve used
this to teach some of my friends, and it takes awhile, but they get better
quicker than they would have if they had to learn on their own.
How to Run:
Running can be the extremely effective, not only at escaping a fight, but
weakening or even killing your opponent. This extremely difficult to
describe, but a fairly easy way to practice it, is to go into a game, and
have someone chase you, and you try and escape.
1) KNOW THE MAPS
2) when low on shields, run around a corner, behind a doorway, anywhere
that provides some sort of shelter
3) as your running, throw grenades at doorways, or even at your feet so
stall, weaken, or even kill your opponents
4) once you are back and ‘fighting fit’ leap back into the fray.
HEYY!!!!! Its BlazingMedic again!!! Ok, on Construct there are two maulers
(i think) on the lowest level of the map. They are in the small corridor
behind the purple lifts. ( correct me if im wrong) When you start the
match quickly grab the mauler and make short work of your enemies. Also if
you are playing hide and seek on Construct or any other game type where you
have to hide, go to the yellow grav lift and look down the edge. Jump off
and try to hit the slanting platform and if u get it just right you will
slide down and be wedged there and not die, and you can stay there till
the game ends. If you want to get out the only way is to jump and crouch
till u fall in the hole and you die.
Keep fragging the snakes on Anthony Bourdain, keep wearing
anus armor, dont step on a cat but frag it, frag that secret admirer who
keeps calling podtacular, and keep on fraggin trucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BlazingMedic
Hey guys, short-medium time listener first time writer. Here are some tips
for Construct, first for any slayer gametype, go for the sword, if you
have a teammate either get them to get the sniper or let them get the
sword and get the sniper. If I had a nickel for every kill I got with that
sniper because no one bothered to get it, I would one nickel, (jk, im a
horrible shot). But really, everyone seems to not want to go out there
because you can get shot from anywhere on the map, you’re really that
cautious then go for sword first then have the sword guy go underneath
weaving in and out of the pillars and get the bubble shield, then he jumps
up top deploys it and -Blam!- you have a sniper rifle (plus two plasma
grenades). Also I have found that the newb combo works pretty well here if
you’re in a tight situation as well as the Splazer. And one last note the
shield drainer works well with the battle rifle for a new type of newb
combo. Well those are my tips for Construct. Keep on fraggin trucks.
Gamertag: TrainsrokG07 (I know you all are phonetically impaired so it is
pronouced like this Trains, Rock, (the letter)G, zero, seven.)
This couldn’t have come at a better time. I just got back on XBL after
three WHOLE weeks with no xbox. My second match back on was social slayer
on, non other than… Construct.
One major thing that I learnt is: When you are going to go up the grav
lifts, chuck a grenade… just kidding. Make ure that you check your
radar. If you walk up to a grav lift and suddenly a red dot on your radar
suddenly stops about three meters in front of you, chances are that they
either have a sword, flamey, splazer or mauler, just waiting for you to
come up. Easy kills for them, but if you’re smart, you will avoid an
unexpected death.
Keep on fraggin’ trucks
hey jokeman31 here on the level construct when you know someone is waiting
for you to come up the grav lift push the exploding thing up it and follow
through with a frag. it will be so satisfying when you get a free kill on a
stupid camper.
keep on fragging campers, jokeman31
i got some tips for the dedicated halo players out there. Its good to always know the weapon lay outs on ever map. construct has and interesting layout for close and medium ranged weapons. that means pick up a mauler located in the back hall way on the bottom level and the battle riffle on the top level. the sword is a key item on this level. when on the middle level, to the left of the 4 fusion cores is a support beam running straight into the sword area. be sure to watch your back if you make a run for it and remember that you can take an enemy out much faster by throwing a grenade a 2 meters in front of them and use your med-rang weapon to take them out. the flame thrower is a good ambush weapon but easily taken out by all other rang weapons. a basic camping weapon used for all 3 grav lifts and unless your really good with the spartan laser, missile pod, and sniper rifle, i would not even bother. whelp thats all i have for this map. shout out to my brother conveyed knight and keep sticking shee-noobs. later
hey foomo! just like to say welcome back! pip pip cheerio! i would like to
share with you some interesting info about construct! it was sa map from
the halo 3 beta code! It was then confirmed in a leaked photo, and then
explored in two videos. cool eh? well thatsa it! and JVB plz accept my
friend request on the site! plz plz plz. Hope you liked my secret info!
keep on fraggin naynays mama, wikipedia and a old piece of rabid squrill.
chiny33, out!
shout outs to bb reaper and naynays mama
hey guys, I’m writing in for the multiplayer tips and map of the month
show. On construct, it is very easy to take the win IF you get the right
weapons. The number one most importuned weapon to get is the sword. If you
get this and keep it, you can easily fight off any enemies. Second most
importuned is the sniper. Make sure the sniper also has the bubble shield
just in case. Third is grenades…lots and lots of grenades… These are
very importuned because of all the hallways and small rooms. Make sure to
throw grenades like crazy idiots before charging into an enemy territory.
Well thats all I got for now. So keep on fragging drunk Irish midgets who
are wearing your cell-mates anus amour!!! =(
Waaaaaaaaazuuuuuuuuuuuuup Podtacular!
K so I got some multiplayer tips on Construct for you guys. First of
all when you start off buy the edge of the cliff do not go left cuz the
other team can blow you up with the three fusion cores lying on the
ground, either go down to the basement or off to the lazer. If you start
on the side away from the cliff frag the fusion cores in hope of blowing
the other team up. There is also a kool shortcut to use if the other team
is camping up top. Over here the three fusion cores are lying facedown
there is a pillar thing that is linyg at a 45 degree angle you can walk up
this.
Thanks podtacular you guys rock. Keep on fraggin whatever you guys
feel like fraggin this week!
Hey Podtacular, this is Big Red Dog 59. just sending in my customs. I made
2 maps on foundryt called indesition, and another called town central,
both are good for all gametpes exept jugs. Town central is a bunch of
buildings surrounding the water fountain in the middle. there are
rockets, shotty, and snips on both sides. all with limited ammo but faster
respawn times so things arnt to hectik. there are a few hidden things like
2 firebombs and a “law enforcer” ((aka sentinal beam) that are very
lightly hidden. indesition that that same rocket rush from the pit only to
swords and flamethrower. I am going to change it a little because the
invisiys at the floating sniper corners spawk a little to fast. land grab
is really fun here because theres on territorie that is blocked in the
middle of that hallway in the back so both teams can contest it but there
is no way to kill the other player unless you have someone go around.
these can both be found on my file share, once again, my gamertag is Big
Red Dog 59 with spaces inbetween each. sorry for the length but just had
to get these 2 maps in. Keep on fragging anus armour and the Patriots
(thank god they lost the superbowl.
if you think you suck a thowing stickys thenthis will help you fi you go on
